Ready to Launch
Any vessel with an intact Lake Tahoe inspection seal can launch at one of the regional ramps and marinas listed here. Boats without a seal are required to be inspected and decontaminated by the Lake Tahoe Watercraft Inspection Program inspectors at an inspection station. Non-motorized watercraft must be Clean, Drained, and Dry prior to launch and can receive a free inspection and decontamination at any inspection station. Paddlers can find public launch sites and mapped paddle routes through the Lake Tahoe Water Trail website.
